The Brief

What We Did

  • Full service of each appliance: Every heater was inspected, the burner cleaned and tested, and the heat exchanger and fan checked so heat is transferred and distributed properly.
  • Safety and emissions checks: Our Gas Safe registered engineers checked the safety critical components and tested combustion and emissions to confirm each appliance was operating safely.
  • Controls verified: Thermostats, timers and safety devices were tested so the heating runs to the building's hours and shuts down safely when it should.
  • Documentation: The site received a clear record of the work carried out across every appliance for their compliance and warranty files.
  • Service contract set up: We put the site on a recurring annual service contract, so future visits are scheduled and the business is reminded when servicing is due.

Every warm air heater on the site is now serviced, safe and running efficiently, with a clear record for the business's files. Just as importantly, the heating is now on a planned annual schedule, so it is checked ahead of winter rather than after a breakdown.
